Payment terms
1. A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required upon confirmation of booking
2. Payment of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to guest arrival and 45 days prior to guest arrival within Christmas period - NY.
3. All payments must be made by bank transfer net of all fees
4. Security deposits can be requested on a case by case basis

Last minute booking
- When booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment can be requested immediately prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
1. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or part of the reservation, WRMC must be informed in writing (email acceptable). Cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received
2. The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the cancellation notice is received in writing and the period of stay.
3. The cancellation charges below also apply if WRMC cancels the reservation for non-payment of the balance.
4. If the dates of the reservation need to be changed, this may be considered a cancellation of the original reservation and cancellation charges may apply.
5. Any modification to the original reservation is subject to the approval of WRMC.
6. The early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our manager on Koh Samui.

Low, high and high season:
30 days or more before the arrival date:
All payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of confirmation of cancellation by the WRMC Reservations Department.
The credit can be used by the customer or any other person on their behalf for any reservation during any period and only for the villa initially reserved subject to the availability of the villa.
In the 30 days of the arrival date:
All lease payments are canceled. A full or partial refund is only applicable if WRMC secures a booking that fully or partially covers the original booking.

Christmas and New Year period:
For any cancellation after the deposit and / or the payment of the balance
- All payments are lost and a full or partial refund is only applicable if WRMC secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial reservation

* For weddings and private parties, additional fees may apply depending on the number of guests (maximum number of guests also applies)
